Comment: Reasonable pricing and great results. Donovan was professional and worked hard at cleaning our ducts. Would recommend the company and reuse them again. Have used them before for carpet cleaning. They did a great job.

Comment: We had our air ducts cleaned. The team arrived on time. They were very professional and nice. It took about an hour. And, when they left everything was as clean as before they started. They answered all my questions. I would definitely use this company again!

Comment: I contacted Hydroclean on Wednesday to clean my duct and vent they said they will be there by 11am on Saturday and they were there early which I was happy about Eric and Albin were very professional they answered all my questions explained the process I will definitely use hydroclean again great job definitely five stars

Using Hydro Clean was the best decision. We've never had our air ducts clean and it was so worth it! Eric and Donovan arrived in a timely manner (even giving us a heads up that they were on the way) and quickly got to work. They answered all of our questions and were very kind and professional. The process didn't take nearly as long as we thought and Donovan was kind enough to share before and after photos which were quite astonishing! Before leaving they cleaned up their materials and even hosed down our return vents. Now our homes smells clean and we are breathing a sigh of relief. Thanks Hydro Clean. We will definitely use your services again in the future!

UPDATED REVIEW: After expressing significant quality concerns, it is clear that Hydro Clean cares about its reputation and the quality of its final product. After we had an issue with the first restoration attempt, Stephen, the owner, was prompt in responding to our concerns and quickly came up with a plan to correct things. John came to fix the problems we expressed and we couldn't be happier with the results. He made two visits -- one to survery the problems where he told us his plan and how he would correct things and the second to make the repairs/adjustments. This is a company willing to work with their customers to make things right and that is a rare trait in companies today. We would work with Hydro Clean Restoration again.

We recently had our air ducts cleaned by Hydro Clean. We were very satisfied and happy with the job well done by Donovan and Devon. These young men were considerate, friendly, professional, and proficient. We will be sure to recommend this company, to our friends and family.

Great experience! The office was very thorough and answered all of my questions. They got me in quickly, called back to confirm, and called when en route. The tech Stanley did a great job, and we are very happy with our clean carpets. Would definitely use again and am pricing the duct cleaning as well!

Really like that they give you a price and don't try to do add-ons like a lot of other air duct cleaning companies do. A little disappointed that they didn't do exactly what I was told they would do. They didn't use the tool to get down in the vents like a brush or something to get to the corners, which is what I was told they would do. The tech said he didn't know what I was talking about. Also, would have liked a picture of the vents after cleaned. Overall they seemed to do a good job. Was a little surprised that the techs weren't wearing gloves or a mask considering everything going on.

I’ve used Hydro Clean for a few different services (air duct/dryer vent cleaning, carpet cleaning and power washing). I have never had a bad experience. The technicians who respond out are prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Hydro Clean to everyone.

10 months ago My townhome was due for a late Spring cleaning. I had never had my ducts cleaned but suspected them to be an issue with the uptick in how quickly things became dusty in the house after cleaning. I had previously gotten my LR carpets cleaned by Hydroclean but decided after 8.5 years I'd get it all cleaned. In back to back days, Chris L took care of both days jobs with a companion each day. Chris was communicative and clear when he'd arrive in the assigned time window and did so as expected. During each job he was clear with me what he was going to do and explained the steps they would take. During duct cleaning they were careful moving the equipment and picked up after themselves. During carpet cleaning, Chris paused after each room and allowed me to review and ensure I was satisfied with the task. Overall, Chris L was courteous, professional, diligent, thorough, and communicative. My second experience with Hydroclean will not be my last!

Carpets look great! The technicians were friendly and conscientious, and were careful when bringing hoses in and out of the house. They informed me of the products used as well as the procedures taken to clean and treat the carpets. Some areas required a second “going over”, and it was important to the technician that the job be satisfactorily completed.
