This review provides an update on my review left last week which I cannot edit: After expressing significant quality concerns, it is clear that Hydro Clean cares about its reputation and the quality of its final product. After we had an issue with the first restoration attempt, Stephen, the owner, was prompt in responding to our concerns and quickly came up with a plan to correct things. John came to fix the problems we expressed and we couldn't be happier with the results. He made two visits -- one to survery the problems where he told us his plan and how he would correct things and the second to make the repairs/adjustments. This is a company willing to work with their customers to make things right and that is a rare trait in companies today. We would work with Hydro Clean Restoration again.

Excellent service. They guys were very courteous and explained every step of the duct cleaning. Im very happy and will used for carpet cleaning soon.

After having a terrible experience with another vent cleaning company (Right-A-Way Duct Cleaning --- DO NOT use them) I was hesitant to try another company but Hydro-Clean went above and beyond my expectations. Prompt & professional service and would highly reccomend!

So happy to have had the team at Hydo Clean remove 20+ years of dust and dirt from my ductwork. My allergies are already improving! Not only that, but my dusting and vacuuming has decreased dramatically!

The technicians worked quickly and efficiently. They were done one large room and 2 sets of steps in an hour. Very knowledgeable of the products and procedures. Pleasant to talk to about the work to be done now and in the future.

I was not as happy with the finished product as in the past. I just moved into the condo and there were a couple worn / dirty spots. Trevor tried but was not able to get them clean. It was a disappointment (not on his part he tried) I wonder if it is because the truck mounted machine was not used as it was always used before in my town home.

We have used Hydro clean twice now within 2.5 years. We had water damage due to a frozen pipe that broke, Hydro Clean helped us when other competitors turned us away because the job was too far and not big enough. We Called Hydro Clean again to do air duct cleaning at our home. They showed up the next day and provided us with excellent service once again. Everyone I spoke with at Hydro Clean were very professional and cordial. The 2 technicians were very focused with the task at hand and completed the job in a efficient manner. We have been using Hydro Clean for about 10 years. Recently, we used Hydro Clean duct cleaning services and carpet cleaning services when we were selling our Townhouse in Laurel and when we moved into our new home in Columbia. This was the second time I used HydroClean. The first was for duct cleaning and they did a great job...on time and cleaned upbefore leaving. This was for upholstery and rug cleaning. Charles and Mike worked hard to get up the difficult stains and ground in dirt. I am very happy with the results.

I've used Hydro Clean for a few things over the past 15 years--duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning. Generally, good customer service, quality work. I had one bad experience with the window cleaning, but they were quick to try to resolve it.
