Jason, Jacob, and Nicholas did a superb job with my duct cleaning and carpet cleaning! Jason also reminded me of possible pet stains from previous owners which they were many. Everyone gave good advice about home care and extra services that I’d be interested in.

Jacob and Nicholas were exceptionally good and I see them as assets to hydro clean.

Hydro Clean came out to clean and sanitize our air ducts. I couldn't have asked for a smoother, efficient and cleaner process. The two technicians that came to do the work were courteous, careful with my belongings and very discreet. I can already feel the air quality in my home much cleaner. Thank you Hydro Clean for a job well done.

Update 5/11/26: We are so impressed by the air duct/vent and dryer vent cleaning completed today! Jason, who was lead of the carpet cleaning service, led today's work alongside Nicholas. Both gentlemen were professional and courteous, and provided us with future maintenance recommendations and guidance. I know our air ducts/vents and dryer vents have definitely been neglected but neither Jason or Nicholas made us feel like we've dropped the ball as homeowners, which is appreciated. It's helpful to be given maintenance instructions and preventative measures in a tactful way that educates you, instead of making you feel discouraged or even embarrassed.

Honestly, we would absolutely have Jason, Nicholas and James (who was part of our carpet cleaning) back to help our home needs anytime. We can tell Jason is a lead technician and he absolutely knows what he's talking about, and the team as a whole is an asset to Hydro Clean. Thank you Jason and Nicholas for an excellent home service today!

Additionally, Christine offered us a very kind service discount as a result of our initial experience with the Maid Service. Although we aren't comfortable utilizing that particular service again, we would gladly use the other services offered by Hydro Clean! Christine was communicative, friendly and addressed the concern for us, and I'm grateful for that.

Original Review 4/23/26: We had a rocky start with Hydro Clean and I want to be very transparent with this review. We don't plan to use the Maid Service again. This is still being addressed by the Hydro Clean management, but essentially, the main maid/cleaner attempted to get cash from me for additional cleaning on site, but completed the cleaning in the original 3-hour time frame. She said she "works slowly for the company" but worked quickly for me that day, but did not actually complete an additional hour of cleaning. She also gave me marketing materials for her cleaning company and disparaged Hydro Clean several times, even saying how Hydro Clean does not provide any cleaning supplies and the cleaners are responsible for everything. It created an uncomfortable situation that unfortunately left a bad taste but Ms. Wanda in the office/scheduling assured me our next service, carpet cleaning, would be a much better experience.

On a side note, Wanda is fantastic. She's responsive, kind and schedules quickly and when works best for you. And she listened really thoughtfully when I called after the Maid Service; it was an uncomfortable call so I appreciated her understanding. Christina is also really great - she provided an additional discount for the air ducts and vents cleaning, and has been nice to interact with.

Today, Jason and James cleaned three bedrooms, a large basement area, hallway and stairs in just 2.5 hrs. They are genuinely amazing and we'd have them return anytime! We have 4 cats and they've done quite a number on our carpets, especially in areas where previous owners' cats must have marked/peed. J & J used a black light to show us the heavily-saturated areas and provided a clear, honest and upfront price adjustment to address those areas.

Our home smells so good, like a light lemon breeze! The stains are actually gone, and to complete that much carpet (with setup/teardown) included in 2.5 hours is wonderful. Jason and James were both very polite and positive, and we sincerely enjoyed interacting with them. Plus, they even gave us a spot cleaner and directions on how to use it properly. To Jason and James, thank you for making these carpets seriously shine! I'll share photos - I'm embarrassed how terrible the carpets were but sincerely grateful for how clean they are!

Next up is the air duct and vents cleaning, we are looking forward to this. Although the Maid Service created a discomfort, our faith in Hydro Clean has been restored by the carpet cleaning experience with Jason and James!

Very professional, called ahead to inform me they're on the way. They got right to work and did what they had to , to complete the job. Were respectful, introduced them shelves and shook our hands. Informed us of each step they were conducting ahead of time.They did a great job, glad we got the duct cleaning and duct sealing done. Got more air coming from the vent better, and cleaner too.

I highly recommend HydroClean! My son started violently coughing when we turned our heat on this fall and it was impacting his sleep. I scheduled an appointment with HydroClean for 2 weeks later. They called me 2 days later because there was cancellation and fit us into their schedule. After the cleaning, my son was able to sleep without coughing. HydroClean’s employees are all polite, helpful, and friendly. The scheduling department is well organized and easy to get in touch with. We had our vents sealed with them in the past and it helped our 30 year old HVAC system run much more efficiently.

We had Hydro Clean come out to clean our air ducts that have never been clean (33 years old). I have to say the entire staff from the customer service rep on the phone and two tech's who came the house were Great. With two newborns in the house they made sure we had heads up when they made any loud noises. They finished the entire cleaning leaving our duct system clean and mold free ready for the winter heating. If you need your duct system cleaned you really should give them a try.

Two weeks later I had Nat from Hydro clean clean the carpets for the up coming Christmas and New Year holidays.. Nat explain even step and went into great details about clean a pet stain. I have to say the stains are gone and the carpets look great

A bees nest was found in our furnace air duct and after all bees were extinguished, Hydro Clean workers removed the nesting and cleaned the air duct. Well done!

Hydroclean spent a full day cleaning then sealing my 60+ year old ductwork. After, a blower door test showed so much improvement I qualify for a higher utility rebate. Great work.

The folks at HydroClean came today to do a basic cleaning service on the ducts in my home. Their representatives gave me advance notice when they were on the way and arrived right on time. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and we were able to ask questions and we received updates throughout the process. I could tell an immediate difference with the air quality in the home before they were even finished. They went above and beyond to provide this service with a smile and we will happily have them back for any future needs we have.

Legit duct cleaning with negative pressure and an air whip. Donovan and Jacob went out of their way to fix an issue with one of my ducts and were very thorough.

10/10 recommend! We purchased new home and contacted a few companies for duct cleaning. We decided to go with Hydro Clean and are so glad we did. It seemed like the vents had never been cleaned. The amount of debris shared afterwards was wild! We also opted to sanitize and seal the ducts which optimized airflow. It’s so nice having clean air to breathe in our new home and not be experience allergy issues from previous pets in the home.

Jason, Donovan, and Danny did a wonderful job cleaning the air ducts at my townhome. They were extremely friendly and professional. In addition, they explained the process extremely well. My house smells a lot better and will definitely use them again. James also cleaned my carpets the next week. He was outstanding and friendly as well.

The cleaners were upfront and open about the state of our ducts and got everything cleaned properly. We also chose to seal our ducts and they explained the process and answered any questions we had.

Had our ducts and dryer vent cleaned. The guys were on time Super-neat and polite and very efficient. My dryer is working better and yes there is less dust accumulating. Would definitely recommend them.

I recently had Hydroclean come out for an air duct cleaning. It's been on my to-do list for a long time, and was well worth it! The guys did a great, thorough job, and were cheerful and kind. This is the 3rd service I've contracted them for, and have been happy with all of it! I'm happy to recommend them every chance I get.

The technicians were respectful and did a thorough job. They took out lots of bags of dirt after cleaning my ducts, so I assume that they were effective. Time will tell if my house continues to be super dusty or not. The air seems to smell cleaner, but that may just be psychosomatic.

Jacob and Jason arrived at our home to clean and seal our duct work. Nothing had been done with our duct work since the house was built in the 1970's. They shook my hand and proceeded to get to work. I can tell you that they both worked extremely hard. There were a few setbacks and they did not lose their cool. They also stayed late to make sure the job was done correctly and completely. Alvin did a wonderful job cleaning the rugs, tile and sealing the grout. He called to let me know the ETA and showed up on time. The price was better than I was expecting too. I’ve used Hydro Clean for years and they do not disappoint. Try them out to clean your ducts and dryer vent too. 😎

Donovan and Treyvon did an excellent job! They came exactly in the time window they were scheduled to, we’re very professional, and completed the whole cleaning service in about 2 hours for a multi-story townhome. Additionally, they were very courteous about maneuvering around my sleeping infant and giving me a heads up whenever they would be working near or in her room. I would undoubtedly go to hydro clean again for any duct/vent cleaning services.

Great experience - we just got our air ducts and dryer vents cleaned. From the call center to the crew, great service all around. We've also used them for carpet cleaning before.

I had 2 different crews come to my home, one for air duct cleaning, the other for carpet and upholstery cleaning. Both crews were polite, professional, and thorough about their jobs. When I spoke to the office staff (I needed to reschedule my appointment due to a change in my work schedule) they were helpful and polite. I try to spend my money with local businesses, and Hydroclean made me a customer for life this week. 😁

We scheduled for duct cleaning, including our dryer vent, and also for carpet and tile floor cleaning. Both teams arrived on time, were professional, explained what they were going to do, answered any questions we had, and then quickly commenced with the work.
